About Project Pearl

Project Pearl exists to create a home from home for women wanting to leave the sex industry. We believe in a world where sexual exploitation has been eradicated from both streets and
screens, and where every woman is seen, valued, and free.

Rooted in our Christian faith, we offer hospitality, holistic support, and spiritual hope to women with lived experience of sexual exploitation. We believe that each woman is made in the image of God and carries dignity, worth, and potential.

We currently run a drop-in service, carry out weekly street-based outreach, and we’re preparing to open our first supported shared home later this year. We are a small but growing team, with a part-time Outreach Worker already in place. Now we are seeking a committed, capable Operations Manager to help us take our next step. Thank you for your interest in this role!

About the Role

As our second staff member, the Operations Manager will lead and coordinate the day-to-day running of our services. Working alongside our Trustees, Outreach Worker, and dedicated volunteers, you will help to build strong foundations and ensure that everything we do reflects our Christian values and commitment to excellence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of our drop-in service
  • Supporting and strengthening our outreach work
  • Developing systems and processes that support growth and sustainability

We currently have an active volunteer base covering areas such as communications, fundraising and finance. In time, the Operations Manager will take on oversight of some of these
areas, and help shape and transition them as we grow the staff team. This role requires someone who is flexible and excited to help shape a young and growing charity. It combines practical leadership with pastoral care. You will be joining a faith-filled, purpose-driven team, with a deep commitment to seeing lives transformed.
